QA Processes<\/strong><\/h3>

Our quality control system is built around precision, consistency, and accountability. From pre-treatment to final inspection, every stage is monitored and verified by our skilled technicians.<\/p>

Surface Tension Testing<\/strong><\/h4>

Conducted at least 16 hours before plating<\/strong> to ensure optimal solution conditions. Surface tension levels are carefully maintained at 45 dynes\/cm or below<\/strong>, providing consistent plating quality and adhesion.<\/p>

Fume Suppressing Chemicals<\/strong><\/h4>

We use Dynaplate Cr FS<\/strong> as a fume suppressing agent whenever surface tension values approach operational limits. This maintains a clean, safe environment and ensures stable plating conditions.<\/p>

Visual Inspections<\/strong><\/h4>

Each component undergoes thorough visual examination to detect defects, surface irregularities, or inconsistencies both before and after plating.<\/p>

Thickness Measurements<\/strong><\/h4>

Precision instruments such as micrometers<\/strong> and thickness testers<\/strong> verify that every component achieves uniform coating and meets specified tolerances.<\/p>
