QA Processes

Surface Tension Testing

Conducted at least 16 hours before plating to ensure optimal solution conditions. Surface tension levels are carefully maintained at 45 dynes/cm or below, providing consistent plating quality and adhesion.

Fume Suppressing Chemicals

We use Dynaplate Cr FS as a fume suppressing agent whenever surface tension values approach operational limits. This maintains a clean, safe environment and ensures stable plating conditions.

Visual Inspections

Each component undergoes thorough visual examination to detect defects, surface irregularities, or inconsistencies both before and after plating.

Thickness Measurements

Precision instruments such as micrometers and thickness testers verify that every component achieves uniform coating and meets specified tolerances.
